:O ooooohhh! So pretty :D
Utopia is cute! And I love all the many details, of course! You actually coloured one of my drawings of her in there, haha :D so that's where that picture hangs!

Also, both Utopia and Rosenthal live in a box :>

Doing a 30 characters challenge. Work isn't as refined as my usual (lack of notable line widths) but that's because I don't want to pour extra time into what should be quick/for fun :)

I really like the two pictures of BF with closed eyes. It looks kind of monumental and clean, professional. The only thing that I personally don't think goes together with the mostly thick brush lines of your drawings is the super fine hatching. Have you ever tried using grey (watercolor, grey ink) or halftones instead of hatching?

Looking at it now, I can see that your totally right! I'll have to try that next time, grey ink. What are half tones? Just a term for half way between grey and black? Or something else... Thanks for the help Five!

Halftones are little dots that look like grey.

You can insert them digitally into your pictures, or if you want to go the traditional comic maker's way you can apply them from a sheet onto your drawing. That's more difficult and expensive, though. More info here: http://graymanart.tumblr.com/halftones
